We are overjoyed to announce that construction has begun (and already gotten quite far) on a new bridge that leads to the Nature Trail! Slightly wider than the bridge that went before it, this will be easier for our visitors with mobility aids to utilize!
But….that’s not ALL the good news about new construction. Nature trails that maintain a natural path are difficult for our visitors that require mobility aids. This is exceptionally troublesome during our events where the healing energy of the dance circle should be accessed to every one of our visitors with minimal hurdles.
So, while we are keeping much of the trail with the natural path, work has begun on a handicapped access that will start on the Sunset Strip rear trail entrance. This access will lead directly to the circle so our visitors that require wheeled mobility aids do not have to traverse the gravel parking lot OR the soft ground of the natural path!
The crew has been moving right along and we can’t wait to share the finished product with you all! Even more, we hope that sometime soon we can invite you to see it for yourselves when the time is safe for us to re-open our doors!
