Invasive evergreen privet produces a cone of white flowers that resemble the structure of lilac flowers. The butterfly that is visiting them is an American Lady. It has an orange base to the wings desecrated in a lace like dark brown markings on the the edge of the wings. Two thick white strips on the shoulders of the top wings. And a collection of both white and black spots give an elegant yet wild appearance.
