Aug 13 Cherokee Story Telling

August 13 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Free With Admission

Stories are an integral part of Native American cultures. It’s true, stories are often enjoyable to listen to, full of adventure, humor, and interesting animal helpers. Stories are also a way to teach values, educate on history, illustrate consequences of behavior, build community, and preserve our rich history.

Join the lovely E Nah Dah and Thunder from the Eastern Band Cherokee of North Carolina as they share some of their traditional teaching stories.

All ages welcome.

Two times will be available for this event, at 11 AM and again at 2 PM.
