12 November 2018; Tsalagi Day!

We have an event coming you don’t want to miss!

Tsalagi Day!

Tsalagi is the accurate name for the Cherokee people and on the 23rd of November, Dr. Tina Bradley will be at the Frisco Native Museum to teach about their history!

This is a perfect way to celebrate Native History Month with your family!

Dr. Bradley will be speaking about the Trail of Tears, and important piece of history for North Carolina in particular. She will also be translating names of our guests into the Cherokee Alphabet and speaking about how the alphabet was created!

The event starts at 11AM and will be concluded at 4PM. It is not required (nor expected) that you stay for the entirety of that time. We encourage you to come at any time during the program! This event is covered in normal museum admission fee as well!

See you there!
