20 April 2015; Journey Home is Just Around the Corner!

Join Us for the 2015 Journey Home This April!

Are you ready for next weekend?

Experience a full day of camaraderie and work or join us for half a day, an hour — or whatever amount of time you can share. Join our team of volunteers as we work on museum projects for the nature trail that can be accomplished only through team effort!

  • Choose one of our seedlings and join the revitalization team as you plant “your” tree. Mark that spot in your heart so you can come back and nurture your tree as you watch it grow to full maturity.
  • Learn about medicinal plants and help us refurbish our nature trail exhibit.
  • Help us work on the wonderful Cyprus dug out canoe that we shaped last year.
  • Help locate the spot for a long house on the nature trail.
  • Help plan the design and construction of the long house for the spring of 2016.
  • Bring a Pot Luck offering for lunch and share the bounty provided by others – including fantastic Fry Bread cooked by our master fry bread maker, Soaring Eagle Woman.
  • Join the Sharing Circle on Sunday afternoon where we will hear special stories, draw on the wisdom and experience of everyone present, remove boundaries, and forge new connections.
