As many of you know, we have been looking forward in excitement to our first Village Days that was planned for April of 2017.
Unfortunately, Matthew’s impact has extended its reach into the next year for the museum and we were forced to make some hard decisions.
First, we have not canceled the dream of Village Days! We are continuing to work on creating a glorious living village on our nature trail grounds. This has not changed! However, the work in the museum demands we temporarily shift our focus towards reopening.
It is for this reason that we will not be having the gathering as planned.
Don’t change your plans just yet!
We are still planning on getting together for a gathering! It will be very similar to the April 2016 Volunteer Days where we all join our efforts together to watch the village emerge!
