Talking Sticks 2:00 pm

What is a talking stick?
How are they made?
Did the Native Americans actually use them?

Join us for an hour long adventure with our Assistant Director to learn all about talking sticks. Participants will receive their very own “eagle feather” to take home to create their very own talking stick.

 

Tattoos 3:00 pm

Tattoos have a long history, from modern designs to those found on ancient mummies. But what about Native Americans?

Join our Assistant Director to learn about tattoo and face painting practices. Participants will have the chance to apply their own design using face paint.
